We are looking for a Creative Content Specialist who is results oriented, proactive, flexible and enthusiastic about being a part of a best-in-class marketing team. Role Purpose.
The Creative Content Specialist is an experienced marketing professional who will be responsible for:
- Developing and delivering integrated content plans and activities that support the strategic Go to Market (GTM) objectives and campaigns for LRQA, in line with global strategy and key sector and solutions categories.
- Ensuring content is seamlessly executed on time and within budget, through a range of marketing channels and content formats, including written and visual content across various digital formats.
- Ensuring content plans deliver a strong return on investment and enable achievement of lead generation, demand generation and sales targets, both globally and in key regional markets.
- Inputting into and following best practice creative content frameworks to connect meaningfully with target audience.
Key Responsibilities.
- Working with the GTM Marketing Manager, develop and execute creative content plans for GTM plan, key sectors, solutions, new products, etc on time and within KPIs and budgets.
- Leveraging AI, write, edit and proofread compelling content for blog posts, social media, email campaigns, product descriptions, website landing pages, whitepapers, video scripts, client success stories, digital content, etc ensuring content is optimized for SEO, demand generation and ABMS campaigns.
- Adapt, repurpose and deliver creative content assets to target audiences across various segments and audiences, per sector, solution, region, and account type (core, strategic and/or global).
- Collaborate with digital marketing and regional marketing teams to align content with campaigns & demand gen goals/content engagement KPIs, applying SEO best practices, readability and content structure to drive traffic and engagement.
- Collaborate with other marketing, sales and training team members, agencies and other internal and external interfaces to ensure timely and efficient campaign and creative content delivery.
- Collaborate across commercial team, developing and delivering internal enablement tools (sales decks, FAQs, etc) for GTMs/Solutions/Sectors/Content in your responsibility.
- Work closely with designers, agency partners, members of the marketing team, etc to develop cohesive campaign content and creative assets.
- Working closely with the GTM Marketing Manager, ensure timely delivery of content within your area of responsibility, leveraging Digital Asset Management System (DAM) when new GM launches and campaign content assets are ready for launch and localisation.
- Ensure monthly and periodic reporting on GTM content engagement, campaign results, KPI achievement, etc to demonstrate results.
- Serve as a support to the global and regional marketing teams and go-to resource for content trends, platform updates and emerging technologies bringing fresh ideas and innovations.
- Ensure consistent application of LRQA brand guidelines in all creative campaign content and assets.
Technical / Professional Qualifications / Requirements.
- Degree level education in a marketing discipline with 2-4 years of B2B content marketing, content repurposing, use of AI in content marketing, and campaign coordination and execution experience or equivalent years’ experience in a similar B2B marketing role, ideally within the Certification, Testing Inspection and Compliance (TIC) and/or Professional Assurance Services sector.
- Experience working within the Certification, Testing Inspection and Compliance (TIC) and/or Professional Assurance Services sector is a plus, but not a requirement.
- Strong communication skills, with an ability to present material in a way which is appropriate to the level of knowledge of the audience.
- Ability to read, write, speak and communicate in English and local language.
- Experience in UX/website design and conversion optimisation – ideally previous experience working on an ecommerce website.
- Experience in providing B2B marketing campaign and creative content execution to generate leads and support sales growth.
- Adaptable and well organised with a practical minded approach and the ability to work on multiple tasks and to tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of applicable IT and digital technologies.
- Knowledge of Episerver, MS Dynamics, Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Bynder and/or similar marketing and sales systems required.
- A proactive approach to problem solving, seeking management input, advice and direction when needed, with good communication skills.
- Ability to plan and prioritise workload to deliver results effectively and efficiently.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a regional and global team, with the ability to travel (occasionally) locally and globally, where needed.
- Result oriented, proactive, flexible and enthusiastic team player with a “can do” attitude.
- Self-motivated, passionate and an optimist who is resilient and calm in various situations.
- Experience analysing campaign results, data, preparing reports and making recommendations for campaign improvements.
