Little Red Panda (LRP) is a highly regarded fashion e-Commerce content production studio based in Hackney - the beating heart of East London. We work with huge global labels to new niche brands making their mark as the next big trend. We strive to make our studio a friendly and positive environment and aim to nurture our photographers, retouchers and assistants to become the best they can be in this challenging and rewarding sector.

As a retoucher you will be a part of the studio’s post-production team, delivering high-quality and high-volume imagery for all of LRP’S clients. The position would suit a highly experienced and diligent retoucher with a keen eye for detail and a proven background working in fashion e-commerce. You will be responsible for the delivery of high-volume e-commerce imagery, reviewing assets produced and ensuring all deadlines are met while maintaining quality. You will need to be confident in coordinating a high-volume workload and building relationships, with a flexible attitude.

This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday at our studios with an annual salary of approx £27,000 - £29,000.

Responsibilities:

  • Retouching skills coupled with a strong understanding of retouch processes, colour correction and the importance of consistency are imperative to success in this role.
  • Utilising your eye for detail and creative skills you will ensure all retouch notes have been actioned and all images meet brand guidelines and specifications.
  • Be an expert on the LRP retouch style guidelines, supporting studio documentation and updating these where necessary.
  • Understanding the studio process and the storage of imagery.
  • Maintain and organise all digital assets on our servers.
  • Delivery of high quality final imagery within deadlines given, awareness of the studio calendar and retouch deadlines.
  • Work closely with post-production leads to ensure all image quality from on set is to a high standard.
  • Flagging corrections to production team, ensuring resolution ahead of final delivery deadlines.

Requirements:

  • 2 years' minimum experience working as ecommerce retoucher, preferably within luxury fashion.
  • Good understanding of Photoshop and Capture One Pro.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of retouching workflows.
  • Ability to organise and prioritise workload, and multitask using effective time management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Good understanding of Google Workspace.
  • Ability to work under pressure on multiple tasks, remain focused and maintain deadlines.
  • Strong relationship-building skills.
