Little Red Panda (LRP) is a highly regarded fashion e-commerce content production studio based in Hackney - the beating heart of East London. As a retoucher you will be a part of the studio’s post-production team, delivering high-quality and high-volume imagery for all of LRP’s clients. As Retouch Coordinator, you will oversee and be responsible for the output of the LRP Retouch Department. Working closely with the lead retouchers, you will ensure speed, accuracy and consistency across the department whilst maintaining continuous data flow to LRP clients.
The position would suit a highly experienced and diligent Retouch Coordinator with a keen eye for detail and a proven background working in fashion e-commerce. You will be responsible for the delivery of high-volume e-commerce imagery, reviewing assets produced and supporting the team in delivering imagery on time, while maintaining quality. You will need to be confident in coordinating a high-volume workload and building relationships, with a flexible attitude. This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday at our studios.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the Post Production critical path flow of all studio projects as they progress from pre-production to delivery.
- Management planning and allocation of the retouch schedule and workflow to ensure hourly, daily and weekly retouch workload deadlines are met and post-production is carried out to the highest possible standard.
- Liaise between necessary internal departments, and clients to ensure the smooth workflow and delivery of digital assets within schedule and budget.
- Have full awareness of departmental efficiencies including monthly meetings with the LRP Production department.
- Leading the LRP Retouch department to create a problem-solving culture with strong team building and team management skills.
- Creating and implementing new retouch workflows to reduce costs across the department.
- Act as the final QC check point to ensure that all final images sent to LRP Clients are 100% accurate and correct as per the client instructions and/or style guide and redeploy any work that has not reached this standard.
- When required liaise and problem solve with the LRP Production and LRP Photography Dept on Pre-Shoot client requirements to interpret creative briefs and be capable of quantifying all aspects of post-production.
- Oversee and undertake when required image editing and colour check/match with garments/products ensuring consistent colour & shaping accuracy with exceptional attention to detail.
- Have full and in-depth knowledge of photoshop techniques utilised in the production of e-commerce and marketing photography. A keen eye and interest in new capabilities in this area is essential to maintain best practice and efficiencies.
- Oversee the continuous creation and accuracy of LRP client retouch guides and asset deliverables lists for all projects whilst cross-checking with the production team.
- Have the ability to multitask and work on multiple projects with a high degree of organisation and attention to detail.

- 4 years' minimum experience working in production or asset coordination.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of retouching workflows.
- Ability to organise and prioritise workload, and multitask using effective time management skills.
