As Night Concierge at this Canary Wharf residence, you will be the guardian of comfort, discretion, and distinction during the quietest hours of the day. In this pivotal role, you will ensure that our residents experience the very essence of refined living—seamless service, personalised attention, and security. What You’ll Do!
Brand Ambassador
• Act as a brand ambassador, offering a warm and professional welcome to all residents and visitors.
• Communicate effectively across multiple channels, including in person, phone, email, and resident app.
Deliver Exceptional Resident Services
• Manage incoming and outgoing deliveries, ensuring timely notifications via our Residents’ app.
• Handle key access requests through our Traka key system.
• Support private bookings and events in our amenity spaces, working closely with residents and external providers.
• Promote local amenities and services in the wider Canary Wharf area.
Maintain Operational Excellence
• Open and close communal facilities, ensuring bookings are acknowledged and spaces are clean and prepared.
• Conduct regular building patrols, reporting maintenance and safety issues through the correct channels.
• Respond to apartment or building issues, escalating to Customer Care or management where needed.
Support Safety & Emergency Procedures
• Be a contact for emergencies (e.g. leaks, supply issues, system failures).
• Act as Fire Marshal during incidents (full training provided).
• Support compliance with the Building Safety Act 2022, prioritising the safety of everyone in the residence.
What We’re Looking For
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• A proactive, reliable, and approachable personality.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle emergencies confidently.
• Comfortable using technology (Resident apps, communication systems, etc.).
• Previous experience as a residential concierge, night duty manager or in a front of house/customer facing role.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work under pressure.
