This is an exciting opportunity for a Lifestyle Concierge to join our onsite team at a luxury vibrant, new mixed-use development in Canary Wharf.

The jewel in the crown is a 65-storey residential tower providing 502 new apartments along with a host of resident’s amenities including the residents Club on the 21st and 22nd floors, and the 63rd floor sky lounge, offering 180-degree views across the Capital.

The opulent amenities include private dining and wine tasting room, screening room, sophisticated winter garden and areas in which to meet and host. For fitness and relaxation, the wellness centre has it's gym, steam room, sauna and vitality pool whilst all being wrapped in stunningly curated detail and design.

What you will be doing!

  • Serve as an AMBASSADOR delivering excellent levels of customer service and support.
  • RECOGNISE and greet all residents and visitors, either in person at reception or via phone, email and any other communication channel.
  • Ensure that the amenity areas in the residents Club (business suite, co-working space, screening room and winter garden) are opened/closed at the start/end of the day, prepared for use and managed throughout the day i.e. between bookings.
  • Be the first point of contact within the residents Club Arrival Lounge, greeting residents and their guests, assisting with their use of the spaces and any queries they may have.
  • Manage all bookings for amenity spaces via the resident app, dealing with any specific resident requests and ensure that access to spaces is activated for bookings.
  • Assist residents with bookings for the private dining room and wine tasting room and their catering requirements (working closely with our preferred service partners such as the Hotel) and ensure the rooms are set up for each booking.
  • Work in conjunction with senior management to organise a programme of events for the amenity spaces, working with key stakeholders and preferred service partners.
  • Oversee communal events for key calendar events such as Easter, Diwali, Chinese New Year and Christmas.
  • Work with our preferred service partner to ensure that all residents are inducted to use the gym and spa and that their access rights are updated upon completion of their inductions.

What you can bring!

  • Previous experience as a host within a private club or working in event management or similar front of house house/customer facing role.
  • Ability to swim, as the role requires the individual to serve as Emergency Responder to any incident within the spa pool (full training will be provided).
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Desire to deliver the highest level of customer service.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work under pressure
