We are seeking a dynamic Front of House Manager to join our high-performing team. This is a hands-on leadership role overseeing Front of House operations—including Concierge and Housekeeping—ensuring a consistently exceptional resident and guest experience in one of London’s most prestigious developments.
What will you be doing?
- Leadership & Team Development
- Lead and inspire the Front of House team, overseeing Concierge and Housekeeping operations.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing development of the site team.
- Drive service excellence through training, mentoring, performance reviews, and regular staff meetings.
- Champion a visible leadership style, actively engaging with team members and operations daily.
- Resident & Stakeholder Engagement
- Build strong relationships with residents and stakeholders, providing responsive, personalized service.
- Maintain a high-quality resident preference database to enhance tailored experiences.
- Oversee the resident communication strategy and app roll-out, ensuring seamless digital interaction.
- Keep events and community updates relevant, timely, and aligned with brand standards.
- Operational Excellence
- Maintain immaculate standards throughout front and back of house, including public and amenity areas.
- Ensure amenities are fully functional, well-stocked, and consistently presented to premium standards.
- Monitor and exceed departmental KPIs and service benchmarks.
- Health, Safety & Compliance
- Ensure full compliance with all Health & Safety, COSHH, and security protocols.
- Manage internal audits and risk assessments with support from health & safety consultants.
- Play a key role in the delivery of the Building Safety Act 2022 to ensure a safe, trusted environment.
- Budget & Admin Oversight
- Manage budgets related to staffing, consumables, seasonal installations, and supplies.
- Maintain comprehensive daily logs, oversee stock control, and support monthly reporting (SLAs/KPIs).
- Support with HR processes, including investigations, disciplinaries, and team wellbeing.
- Strategic Support
- Collaborate closely with the Residential General Manager on the execution of service standards and operational strategies.
- Foster strong working relationships with contractors, residents, and internal stakeholders alike.
- Support all engagement initiatives, from seasonal décor to special resident programming.
