You’ll take raw input from engineering, operations, and leadership and turn it into compelling, high-scoring submissions that actually land work. What You’ll Own
- End-to-end delivery of tender submissions (PQQs, ITTs, frameworks, DPS)
- Breaking down tender requirements, scoring criteria, and win strategy
- Writing clear, persuasive responses across:
- Technical delivery
- Operations and mobilisation
- Quality, risk, and compliance
- Health & Safety, environmental, and social value
What Makes This Role Different
You’re not writing in a vacuum. You’re working with engineered products, technical teams, and complex delivery models. Which means surface-level writers won’t cut it. You need to understand what you’re selling.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Bid Writer / Tender Writer (public sector preferred)
- Strong understanding of UK procurement processes
