What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years recruitment experience
  • Proven 360 / full desk background
  • Experience in one of the following is a big advantage: – Engineering – Power & energy – Infrastructure or high-volume workforce mobilisation
  • Commercially sharp, money-motivated and driven to succeed
  • Confident communicator – a proper phone-first recruiter
  • Someone who wants to build a career, not just do a job
