The Role
- You’ll be running electrical installation projects end-to-end. That means planning, coordinating, pushing progress, and making sure nothing slips.
- You won’t be babysat. You’ll be trusted to lead.
- Own projects from pre-construction through to completion.
- Build and drive programmes that actually reflect reality.
- Keep labour, materials, and subcontractors aligned and productive.
- Stay on top of costs, variations, and commercial performance.
- Lead site teams with clarity and authority.
- Work closely with main contractors and other trades—no silos, no excuses.
- Ensure everything is delivered safely, compliantly, and to a high standard.
