Duties will include:

  • Identifying new business opportunities and registering new applicants
  • Booking and carrying out property viewings
  • Negotiating and agreeing tenancies
  • Delivering exceptional customer service over the phone and face to face
  • Achieving personal and branch sales targets
  • Representing the company in a professional manner
  • Building strong relationships internally and externally

Skills required:

  • Experience within sales and customer service.
  • Good telephone manner and positive attitude.
  • Tenacity and be a self-starter with the drive to succeed.
  • Ability to build and nurture trusted relationships at all levels.
  • Be responsive to change.
  • A full UK driving license.
