Job Summary and Key Responsibilities:
Are you motivated, enthusiastic and career driven? If the answer is yes; this position could offer you a fantastic opportunity to join an industry leading Property Company and further your Estate Agency career. The role of Trainee Sales Consultant is exciting and rewarding!
Duties will include:
- Identifying and maximising business opportunities
- Advertising properties, dealing with booking property viewings and registering applicants
- Delivering exceptional customer service over the phone and face to face
- Achieving personal and branch sales targets
- Introducing new business and building alliances with developers within the local community through active networking
- Being the stream of communication between client and vendor by sharing information
- Building strong relationships internally and externally
- Preparing accurate property details and ensuring accurate data entry
- Managing the sale of a property from viewing to close
Skills required:
- At least six months to one year's experience in customer service
- Excellent sales ability
- High level of customer service skills
- Good telephone manner and positive attitude
- The ability to negotiate
- Tenacity and be a self-starter with the drive to succeed
- Ability to build and nurture trusted relationships at all levels
- Be responsive to change
