Job Summary and Key Responsibilities:
The position of Senior Lettings Consultant will involve growing the property register by winning instructions and assisting the Branch Manager in maximising branch profit. You will have the ability to build an excellent rapport with clients, delivering first-class experience every time. You will be part of a highly motivated and target-driven team. Duties will include:
- Identifying new business opportunities and registering new applicants
- Booking and carrying out property viewings
- Negotiating and agreeing tenancies
- Supporting the Branch Manager where applicable
- Delivering exceptional customer service over the phone and face to face
- Achieving personal and branch sales targets
- Representing the company in a professional manner
- Building strong relationships internally and externally
Skills required:
- Prior experience working as a residential Lettings Consultant
- Excellent sales ability
- High level of customer service skills
- Good telephone manner and positive attitude
- The ability to negotiate
- Tenacity and be a self-starter with the drive to succeed
- Ability to build and nurture trusted relationships at all levels
- Be responsive to change
- A full UK driving license
