Job Summary and Key Responsibilities:
- Grow the property register by winning instructions and assisting the Branch Manager in maximising branch profit.
- Identify new business opportunities and register new applicants.
- Book and carry out property viewings.
- Negotiate and agree tenancies.
- Support the Branch Manager where applicable.
- Deliver exceptional customer service over the phone and face to face.
- Achieve personal and branch sales targets.
- Represent the company in a professional manner.
- Build strong relationships internally and externally.
Skills Required:
- Prior experience working as a residential Lettings Consultant.
- Excellent sales ability.
- High level of customer service skills.
- Good telephone manner and positive attitude.
- The ability to negotiate.
