Job Summary and Key Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate for the position of Sales Manager will be extremely motivated and career driven, with experience in the current salesmarket.
Duties will include:
- Direct and lead the operations of the Sales team.
- Conduct valuations for residential properties.
- Accountable quality of customer care.
- Meet and exceed targets for sales business.
- Arrange and conduct viewing appointments and secure new business.
- To work in accordance with all legal obligations without exception.
- Maintain up to date knowledge of the property market and sell company services to vendors, purchasers and their advisers.
- Carry out morning meetings and monthly 1-2-1s with staff.
- Staff training and development.
- Manage the overall success of the Sales team.
Skills required:
- Prior experience working within a Senior Sales position, with a proven track record in securing new business.
- High level of customer service skills.
- Good telephone manner and positive attitude.
- Tenacity and be a self-starter with the drive to succeed.
- Ability to build and nurture trusted relationships at all levels.
- Be responsive to change.
- A full UK driving license.
