Job Summary and key responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Purchase ledger for busy service charge accounts department at a block management company.
  • Processing invoices onto software for payment with coding and budget understanding.
  • Telephone calls both inbound and outbound to answer basic customer queries and calling contractors, utility providers and professional services.
  • Working with the service charge accountants and property managers.
