Job Summary and Key Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Team Manager/Head of Centre, Leaders is seeking a Property Inventory Clerk to join our dedicated and dynamic team based in Southampton. Experience is beneficial but not essential. You will be responsible for carrying out detailed inventory reports to ensure a smooth check-in/check-out process for tenants and landlords, as well as conducting mid-term inspections to maintain property standards. The role involves working both independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Arrange and book property inspections with tenants, conducting approximately 15 inspections or 5-10 inventories daily.
- Confirm visits prior to attendance.
- Collect and return keys from local offices.
- Conduct inspections, checking:
- External condition of the property
- Communal areas (if applicable)
- Internal condition
- Compliance with current legislation
- Property safety and risk assessments
