Legionella Risk Assessor

Role Overview

We are looking for a Legionella Risk Assessor / Surveyor to join our team.

Responsibilities

• visit clients conducting legionella risk assessments for various clients and subsequently produce legionella risk assessment reports when necessary.
• there will also be remedial work such as descaling involved.
• the role is to cover Greater London and surrounding areas.
• flexibility to manage your own diary and working times is required.
• the maybe the need to occasionally stay away- an overnight allowance is paid.

Qualifications & Experience

• qualified legionella risk assessor with experience of on site surveys.
• sound knowledge of HSG274 parts 2 and 3.
• good knowledge of hot and cold water systems (cooling towers not required).
• experience of risk assessing social housing and council properties.
• experience of risk assessment: 1 year minimum (required).
• driving licence (required).
• english language (required).
• united kingdom work authorisation (required).
• willingness to travel 100% (required).
• advantaged and increased salary range for experience and knowledge of HSG274 Part 2 and 3, ACoP L8, BS8580 experience of risk assessing social housing and council properties.
