This is far more than a traditional EA role. Working as a true right-hand partner to two highly respected Partners, you will become an integral member of a close-knit, collaborative team known for delivering outstanding results to an impressive portfolio of clients. Key responsibilities will include:
- Managing complex and ever-changing diaries for two Partners
- Coordinating high-profile executive search assignments from inception through to completion
- Managing search project timelines and ensuring key milestones are met
- Acting as a key point of contact for clients and senior-level candidates
- Coordinating interviews, meetings and assessment processes
- Arranging complex international and domestic travel itineraries
- Supporting business development activity and client relationship management
- Preparing candidate reports, presentations and client-facing materials

- Maintaining accurate records and supporting the smooth running of search processes
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous Executive Assistant experience within executive search, private equity or a similarly fast-paced professional services environment
