Team Assistant (6-Month FTC with the potential to become permanent)

Based on-site in central London

Our client, a leading property & construction consultancy, is seeking a Team Assistant to join them on a 6 month fixed term contract. With the potential for the role to become permanent, this is the perfect stepping stone for someone eager to grow within a thriving business.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be supporting the two EAs within the team with:

  • Diary/calendar management
  • Booking meetings and scheduling appointments
  • Organising travel and accommodation
  • Managing expenses and reimbursements
  • Maintaining documentation Inbox management
  • Preparing meeting agendas
  • Ordering office supplies or team equipment
  • Coordinating team events or offsites
  • Supporting onboarding for new team members

What We’re Looking For

  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Office / admin experience would be hugely beneficial
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive, can-do attitude.
  • Immediately available
