Team Assistant – Real Estate Investment (Permanent, London)

A prestigious and dynamic investment business is looking for a proactive, organised, and driven Team Assistant to support a high-performing Real Estate Credit team in their London office.

You’ll be working closely with the Executive Assistant to one of the senior partners and supporting several senior stakeholders across a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment. This is a brilliant opportunity for a confident assistant looking to grow in a highly professional and sociable team that values initiative, flexibility, and teamwork.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Diary and complex international travel management
  • Processing legal documents and coordinating meeting packs
  • Expense management and correspondence handling
  • General administration, team support, and project assistance

  • 3+ years in an administrative or team support role
  • Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills
  • A proactive, “can-do” attitude with attention to detail
  • Someone who thrives in a busy and professional environment
