Team AssistantSalary: £30,000 – £35,000 Location: South West London (4 days in office) Our client, a boutique law firm with international offices, is seeking an experienced Team Assistant to oversee the day-to-day operations of their busy office. The successful candidate will support the Practice Manager with the smooth running of the practice, as well as supporting legal team. Key ResponsibilitiesManage the daily operations of the office Document management and archivingEnsure compliance with health and safety standardsSupport the maintenance of a professional and organised office environment Handle vendor contracts Provide administrative support to legal and support teamsCoordinate and schedule meetings, client appointments and team eventsSupport the Practice Manager with marketing and event managementProvide support on all aspects of technology and phones, troubleshooting and liaising with outsourced IT support when requiredProcessing equipment and technology requirements for new joiners and leaversWork with the IT providers on ad hoc IT projectsOversee office budgetsAssist with billing and client invoicingEnsure compliance at all times, including data protection and confidentiality protocols Key RequirementsAt least 1 year of proven experience as a Team Assistant/Office ManagerExperience within a law firm or professional services environment as a minimumExcellent organisational and multitasking skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsUnderstanding of data protection, confidentiality, and compliance requirementsFinancial administration experience
