Team Assistant | Asset Management firm

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a bright, organised, and proactive Team Assistant to support a high-performing team within a fast-paced and dynamic asset management firm. This is a permanent, full-time position based in beautiful offices in Marylebone.

The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting the team’s Executive Assistant and providing broader administrative support to senior members of the team. This position is central to the smooth and efficient running of the business and offers exposure to a collaborative and engaging culture that values hard work, integrity, and humour.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide full administrative support to the team’s EA
- Extensive diary and meeting coordination across time zones
- Organise complex travel arrangements including visas and itineraries
- Manage legal documentation for stamping and signing
- Prepare meeting materials, conduct occasional research on individuals/companies
- Handle printing, scanning, photocopying, filing, and archiving
- Maintain accurate databases and contact records
- Liaise with colleagues and PAs across the business and with external stakeholders
- Cover for and assist other assistants as needed Monitor and respond to incoming emails
- Process and track expenses
- Manage RSVPs and invitations for events R
