A Project Coordinator role, supporting key business initiatives across client management, business development, and project delivery. This fast-paced, varied role offers direct exposure to senior stakeholders and high-profile projects. You’ll coordinate complex workstreams, assist with client pitches, and ensure smooth delivery of multiple ongoing projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate projects from inception to completion, managing timelines, documentation, and reporting
  • Support business development activity, including proposals, client pitches, and events
  • Build strong relationships with clients and act as a trusted point of contact
  • Provide diary, travel, and meeting support to senior executives
  • Prepare high-quality materials and maintain operational efficiency

About You

  • Highly organised, proactive, and adaptable to changing priorities
