Our client, a fast-growing tech startup, is looking for a Founding Talent Partner to join their team at a pivotal stage of growth. Working alongside the team, you’ll play a key role in the scaling business, with plans to hire 20+ roles over the next 12 months. This is a fast-paced, high-impact opportunity to shape hiring strategy and processes from the ground up.
About the Role:
- Source and attract top-tier talent across a variety of roles
- Manage the end-to-end hiring process, including drafting job descriptions and ads
- Ensure a seamless recruitment process, handling communications, coordination, and interview preparation
- Run multiple hiring processes simultaneously while maintaining high standards
- Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements and ensure quality hires
- Coordinate and manage interview scheduling
- Take ownership of new role creation as the company scales
- Conduct market research and salary benchmarking
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the entire hiring journey
About You:
- 2+ years’ experience in agency recruitment, followed by 2+ years in-house
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, scaling environment
- Startup experience is highly beneficial
- Strong communication skills with a personable, professional approach
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Experience hiring across both technical and non-technical roles is a plus
