Overview
We are currently working on a fantastic L&D/people and development role for a long-standing client. This is a brilliant opportunity to join a highly regarded consultancy known for its collaborative culture and strong focus on employee development. This is a newly created role within a supportive and well-established People & Development team, offering excellent long-term career prospects.
The role focuses on coordinating professional development programmes (APQ), alongside supporting apprenticeships and early talent initiatives. You’ll play a key part in delivering a positive learning experience across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as first point of contact for employees undertaking professional qualifications
- Coordinate enrolments, progress tracking and provider relationships
- Support delivery of training sessions, workshops and development programmes
- Assist with apprenticeship schemes and early talent activities
- Maintain training records, agreements and reporting
- Support onboarding, events and wider L&D projects
About You
- Experience in HR, early careers or learning & development administration
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Confident communicator with a collaborative approach
- Proactive, adaptable and keen to grow in a people-focused role
