Location: Central London (2 days WFH)
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000

About the Role
- Managing right to work and background checks throughout the onboarding process
- Maintaining employee records and HR data within Workday
- Supporting HR initiatives and projects including performance reviews and engagement surveys
- Acting as a first point of contact for day-to-day HR queries and providing support where appropriate
- Preparing HR documentation and maintaining accurate records
- Partnering closely with the HR Business Partner across a broad range of HR activities
About You
- 1–2 years’ experience in an HR Coordinator or HR Assistant role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail with a high standard of accuracy
- Proactive, organised, and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively
- Able to manage competing priorities while maintaining quality and efficiency
