Sales Administrator required for a busy property office in South West London.
This is a permanent role working for a dynamic team and office.
Predominantly supporting the Sales Team plus wider office management support as required, this is a key role for an established and market leading property firm who require a reliable and organised individual to run the day-to-day administration for the team. You will be the first point of contact, onboarding new clients, dealing with checks, arranging photos, paperwork and other administration as required, supporting the agents as they require in their day to day.
- Sending contracts to clients.
- Requesting AML documents, filling out AML forms and running AML checks on all vendors.
- Liaising with vendors and external professionals to organise marketing photos and floorplans.
- Compiling property particulars and sending to the vendors for approval.
- Sending invoices to head office.
- Uploading properties to the internet.
- Ordering βfor saleβ boards.
- Sending out sales memorandums.
- Taking incoming calls.
- Passing incoming email leads to negotiators.
- Keeping client files updated using Reapit software.
- General office management and administration duties, including scanning, filing, and photocopying.
- Creating templated marketing material, such as flyers.
- Responsible for the management of social media.
As this is an incredibly client facing role, we are seeking an individual who will be a true ambassador, it is essential you have outstanding communication skills and an excellent telephone manner. This role will suit an individual who is outgoing, empathetic and enjoys liaising with clients.
You will be joining a supportive, busy, and fast paced team who are friendly and sociable.
Β£30-40k depending on experience.
