Sales Administrator for leading Estate Agents  Location: Southwest London (Office-based) Salary: £30,000 – £35,000

Our client is a dynamic property agency with a strong presence across London and the UK. They are looking for a proactive Sales Administrator to provide essential support to their busy Sales Team of four. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.

What You’ll Be Doing: As the Sales Administrator, you’ll be the backbone of the Sales Team, helping everything run smoothly. Your key responsibilities will include:

Supporting sales negotiators with day-to-day admin tasks

\\n\\n

\\n\\n

Managing general office administration

\\n\\n

\\n\\n

Overseeing Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks and compliance processes

\\n\\n

\\n\\n

Handling incoming calls and emails professionally and efficiently

\\n\\n

\\n\\n

Maintaining and updating client records and documents in the CRM system

\\n\\n

\\n\\n

About You: You’re someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing role and isn’t afraid to roll up your sleeves. You bring:

Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally supporting a sales team
