Sales Administrator for leading Estate Agents Location: Southwest London (Office-based)
Salary: £30,000 – £35,000
Our client is a dynamic, leading property agency with a strong presence across London and the UK. They are looking for a proactive Sales Administrator to provide essential support to their busy Sales Team of four. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.
What You’ll Be Doing:
As the Sales Administrator, you’ll be the backbone of the Sales Team, helping everything run smoothly. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting sales negotiators with day-to-day admin tasks
- Managing general office administration
- Overseeing Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks and compliance processes
- Handling incoming calls and emails professionally and efficiently
- Maintaining and updating client records and documents in the CRM system
- As well as ad-hoc, company-wide initiatives and projects
About You: You’re someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing role and isn’t afraid to roll up your sleeves. You love being super organized and the go-to person in the office to get things done!
We are looking for:
- Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally supporting a sales team
- Excellent communication skills and confidence when dealing with clients
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- A positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn

Availability to work full-time from the office (Monday to Friday)
