We are looking for an ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join our growing business in Central London. Working within a high performing boutique team, you will manage a 360-recruitment desk, partnering with a range of exciting clients and candidates. We are open to hearing from both experienced recruiters and individuals earlier in their career who are keen to develop a successful career in recruitment!
About the Role:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from vacancy briefing through to placement
- Source, engage, and register candidates on a daily basis
- Write and manage job adverts
- Build and maintain strong client and candidate relationships
- Drive business development activities to win new clients and grow your desk
- Attend client meetings and networking opportunities
- Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates
- Prepare and format candidate CVs for client submission
- Manage interview processes, offer negotiations, and placements
About You:
- Proactive, enthusiastic, and motivated to succeed
- Previous recruitment experience is beneficial but not essential
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Commercially minded, ambitious, and eager to learn
