Office based Monday to Friday, 9.30am – 6.00pm

About the Role

Our longstanding client is seeking a friendly, professional, and organised receptionist to join their busy London office. This is a key front-of-house role, working closely within the wider Facilities team and acting as the first point of contact for staff and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcoming visitors and acting as the first point of contact for internal staff and external guests
  • Managing meeting room bookings, including video and conference facilities
  • Arranging refreshments, taxis, couriers and other ad-hoc requests
  • Answering and directing telephone calls in a professional manner, taking clear and accurate messages
  • Liaising with colleagues at all levels to answer queries and provide effective solutions
  • Undertaking training and responsibilities as a Fire Warden and First Aider

Skills and Experience

  • Previous experience in a reception or front-of-house role within a fast-paced environment (preferred)
  • Excellent telephone manner and clear communication skills
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Calm and professional under pressure
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Able to work independently and use initiative
  • Friendly, polite, and approachable with a good sense of humour
  • A flexible team player with a positive β€œcan-do” attitude
