We are currently seeking a Private Family Office Travel Assistant to ensure excellent and efficient planning of all personal travel for an UHNW family, reporting into the Family Office Executive Assistant.Key Responsibilities:Plan and coordinate holiday and weekend trips for the Principals and family members, covering all travel logistics (flights, accommodation, transport).Prepare detailed itineraries, information packs, and required paperwork.Cater to personal travel preferences, including arranging additional staff (e.g., housekeeper, chef) and pre-trip shopping.Track travel expenses, oversee invoices, and ensure cost-effective booking with programs like Avios.Maintain updated travel diaries and ensure prompt communication of schedule changes.Arrange guest accommodations and prepare invitations and activity guides for family and friends.Requirements:Extensive experience handling multiple, simultaneous travel arrangementsExperience with UHNW clients in a luxury settingPrevious experience within a lifestyle management / concierge service would be hugely beneficial Discreet, highly organised, with strong IT skillsProactive and adaptable to last-minute changes, able to manage multiple trips at onceStrong attention to detail and established network for specialised experiencesAdditional languages are a plusPackage:Salary of £45,00040 hours per week Monday to Friday, with occasional weekends ‘on call\’ whilst family is travellingHybrid working offered for the right candidate
