A brilliant opportunity has arisen for an experienced and adaptable Personal Assistant to join a dynamic, fast-evolving business within the insurance sector on a 9 month FTC to cover a period of maternity leave. This role will support the Chief of Staff directly while also working closely with the Executive Assistant to the CEO, offering a rare chance to operate at the centre of a growing, forward-thinking organisation.

What You’ll Be Doing:- Managing the Chief of Staff’s schedule and inbox, ensuring everything runs to time and nothing slips through the cracks.
- Keeping key reports and documents on track, particularly those related to board and senior leadership activity.
- Acting as a reliable first point of contact: handling calls, emails, and requests with professionalism and discretion.
- Preparing for meetings - drafting agendas, pulling together materials, and sometimes taking notes and following up on actions.
- Coordinating detailed international travel arrangements, including multi-stop itineraries and visa requirements.
- Supporting events logistics, from tracking guest lists to assisting with delivery on the day.
- Providing hands-on administrative support across a range of projects and internal initiatives.
- Overseeing processes such as invoicing and approvals, ensuring deadlines are met and systems are kept up to date.
- Maintaining confidentiality at all times and handling sensitive information with care.
- You’ve previously worked in a PA role in a fast-paced professional services environment.
- You’re someone who builds relationships easily - approachable, discreet, and professional.
- Exceptionally organised, with a strong eye for detail and the ability to juggle competing priorities.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office (particularly Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and basic Excel).
