About the Role:

  • Coordinating up to 15 diaries seamlessly across the team
  • Managing meeting requests and avoiding scheduling clashes
  • Supporting with invoicing and payment processes
  • Coordinating travel arrangements for the team
  • Taking minutes during meetings
  • Assisting with formatting and preparing documents and presentations
  • Preparing meeting rooms for both internal and client-facing meetings

About You:

  • Previous experience in a similar Team Assistant or PA role
  • Exposure to the property sector is advantageous
  • Proactive, organised, and hardworking approach
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively within a team
