Our client, a highly respected gallery, is looking for a Personal Assistant to work closely alongside an Executive Assistant in supporting a senior member of the team. This is a rare opportunity to be at the centre of a dynamic and inspiring organisation within the art world.

About the Role

  • Managing busy and ever-changing business and personal schedules
  • Coordinating meeting room bookings and diary logistics
  • Assisting with all aspects of travel arrangements, including research and bookings
  • Managing expense reporting and related administration
  • Liaising with private household staff to ensure alignment between personal and professional commitments
  • Supporting with gifting, personal errands, and ad hoc requests
  • Working closely with the EA to ensure seamless day-to-day support and organisation

About You

  • Previous experience supporting within the art world or a gallery environment would be advantageous
  • Highly discreet, proactive, and detail-oriented
  • Experience supporting an UHNW individual is beneficial
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to manage shifting priorities with confidence
