Our client, a leading contemporary art gallery, is seeking an exceptional PA to join the office of the founder. Working closely alongside a senior EA and a highly supportive team, you will provide seamless executive support to a well-known CEO in a role that is as varied as it is rewarding.

The Role

This is a largely business-focused position, with responsibilities spanning complex diary management, extensive travel coordination, scheduling, and involvement in company-wide projects and initiatives. There will also be some ad hoc personal support, alongside regular liaison with the family office, the founder's family, and wider network.

About You

You will have superb interpersonal skills, excellent organisational abilities, and a genuine passion for the art world. Previous experience in the art world is highly desirable; however, candidates from HNW or family office backgrounds with a strong interest in the arts will also be considered.
