LRA are currently recruiting for a 12-month+ FTC for a long-standing property client with beautiful offices in the West-End. A property and construction consultancy with a great reputation, low staff turnover, and lovely EA/PA team, this is a fantastic opportunity for our immediately available candidates who are happy to look at office-based roles.

Seeking a committed, reliable, and engaged PA with strong interpersonal skills to support 2 busy equity partners and their wider teams, the ideal candidate is likely to have 4-6+ years comparable experience, have superb attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a ‘muck-in’ approach to looking after a big team with varied demands.

Working closely alongside another team assistant, this is a real linchpin role, and as such, we are seeking a warm, emotionally intelligent PA who enjoys being the ‘go-to’ person and getting involved with varied projects and companywide initiatives.

The contract is running from July 2025 to August 2026, and the client is pitching the salary at 50K. Previous experience/exposure to property, construction, or real estate is always useful, but the client is most concerned with securing a truly excellent PA with a great work ethic, positive attitude, and someone who’s a pleasure to work with.
