Executive Assistant – Executive Search Location: London (Hybrid – 2 days in-office, 3 days remote)

We’re partnering with a prestigious global professional services firm to find a dynamic and highly organised Executive Assistant to support their fast-paced Executive Search division. This is not your average EA role. Alongside traditional executive support, you’ll take on responsibilities across project coordination, stakeholder engagement, and client relationship management. Your contribution will be key to the successful delivery of high-level search assignments and the smooth operation of senior leadership activities.

Key Responsibilities Provide 1:2 executive support, including complex diary and travel management
\\n\\n
\\n\\n
Take ownership of project coordination for search assignments, ensuring deadlines, deliverables, and documentation are met to the highest standard
\\n\\n
\\n\\n
Act as a reliable first point of contact, building trusted relationships with both internal stakeholders and external clients
\\n\\n
\\n\\n
Produce high-quality written materials such as candidate reports, pitch presentations, research packs, and other client-facing documents
\\n\\n
\\n\\n
Support business development efforts – from scheduling meetings and managing enquiries to coordinating client events
\\n\\n
\\n\\n
Deliver day-to-day administrative support, including expenses, invoicing, and general office coordination
\\n\\n
\\n\\n
About You You’ll ideally bring 2–5+ years of experience as an EA, preferably in professional services, executive search, or another client-facing corporate setting. Key qualities include:

Outstanding organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
\\n\\n
\\n\\n
A proactive mindset with excellent judgement and discretion
\\n\\n

Strong communication skills – both written and verbal

Advanced MS Office proficiency (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint essential; Excel desirable)
