Operations Executive | 12-month FTC

Location: Central London (1-day WFH)

Salary: £30k

Our client, an independent and award-winning publishing house, is looking for an Operations Executive to join their team on a 12-month contract. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the smooth running of the publishing process, with a focus on maintaining and supporting the company’s internal systems.

About the Role:

  • Work closely with the Project Manager to ensure the efficient running of publishing operations.
  • Take day-to-day responsibility for administration tasks related to the publishing system.
  • Provide support to colleagues across the business with system-related queries.
  • Build strong working relationships with internal teams and external suppliers.
  • Coordinate tracker updates and training calls.
  • Manage system accounts and user access across the organisation.

About You:

  • Experience using Biblio and/or other publishing systems.
  • Exceptional organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
  • High level of accuracy and numerical ability.
  • Confident communicator with the ability to work collaboratively.
  • A genuine interest in the publishing industry and its processes.
