A broad, varied, and genuinely exciting position for someone who thrives on variety and wants real scope to shape their role over time. Sitting at the heart of the business, you’ll own the office management function, provide EA-level support to the CEO and Senior Leadership Team, and get involved in the wider operational piece. The split is roughly 50% Office Management, 25% EA support, and 25% Operations - with real opportunity to lean further into whichever area interests you most as you settle in.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Owning and running the day-to-day office function, ensuring everything operates smoothly and efficiently
- Providing polished EA support to the CEO and SLT - diary management, travel, correspondence, and meeting preparation
- Getting involved in operational projects and business support initiatives across the firm including HR and marketing
- Acting as the go-to person in the office - the glue that keeps things running
About You:
- Experienced in office management and/or EA support at a professional services or consultancy environment
- A natural organiser who takes ownership and gets things done without being chased
- Personable, polished, and comfortable working closely with senior stakeholders
- Curious and adaptable - someone who enjoys variety and is happy to roll their sleeves up
