p Office HR Coordinator for North London based Charity /p p strong Salary: /strong Β£35,000βΒ£38,000 per annum /p p strong Hours: /strong 40 hours per week /p p strong Working pattern: /strong 4:1 office/WFH /p p br /p p We are looking for a highly organised, approachable and proactive Office HR Coordinator to join a small, mission-led charity doing incredible work and making a meaningful difference to the lives of others. This is a varied, hands-on role providing administrative, HR and office coordination support. You will work closely with senior colleagues and a small, close-knit team, helping to ensure the organisation operates efficiently and that staff feel supported. /p p strong Key responsibilities /strong /p ul li Provide day-to-day administrative support to senior colleagues. /li li Manage calls, emails, correspondence and filing systems. /li li Coordinate meetings, agendas, minutes, events and training. /li li Support diary management, action tracking and preparation of reports and presentations. /li li Assist with recruitment, onboarding, inductions and DBS checks. /li li Maintain accurate and confidential HR records and support absence and leave administration. /li li Respond to routine HR queries and liaise with external HR advisers. /li li Coordinate office facilities, contractors, supplies and equipment. /li li Support health safety and compliance processes. /li li Help maintain a welcoming, organised and professional working environment. /li /ul p strong About you /strong /p p You will have: /p ul li Experience in an administrative, office or coordination role. /li li Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail. /li li The ability to manage competing priorities and work proactively. /li li Strong written and verbal communication skills. /li li The ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. /li li A flexible, reliable and team-focused approach. /li li Ideally, some experience of HR administration or employment processes. /li li Experience within a charity, education, care or other purpose-led organisation would be advantageous. /li /ul p br /p p You will be compassionate, professional and resilient, with a genuine commitment to supporting a small team and contributing to a meaningful mission.
