Weβre working with a leading property & construction consultancy who are seeking an experienced Marketing & RfP Assistant to join them in a critical, behind-the-scenes role that is all about precision, structure, and delivery. This is not a creative writing or traditional marketing role, so would be suited to a PA / EA with solid experience producing pitch documents and presentations.
The role is all about producing, assembling, and polishing complex RfPs (Requests for Proposals) and related pitch materials β taking the content provided by partners and turning it into slick, cohesive, and professional client-facing documents.
The Role:
- Primarily focused on putting together bespoke RfPs, pitches, and capability documents β averaging 100+ RfPs annually.
- Using pre-prepared content (e.g. case studies, organograms, written material) to structure and format tailored responses.
- Strong emphasis on proofreading, accuracy, and visual presentation β spotting inconsistencies and ensuring formatting is flawless.
- Utilising tools such as PowerPoint and InDesign to compile and present materials.
- Working closely with a small and experienced team, in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Ad hoc admin support may be required occasionally, though this is extremely rare.
Who You Are:
- A detail-obsessed document producer, who loves structuring, formatting, and assembling materials β but has no desire to re-write or critique content.
- Skilled in PowerPoint and InDesign β with a solid understanding of how to present technical information clearly and professionally.
- Proven experience in RfP or marketing production roles β sector background is flexible.
- A confident multi-tasker, able to manage competing priorities and work under pressure without missing a beat.
- Someone who thrives on getting the job done right, not making creative decisions about the content itself.
What Youβll Need:
- Strong working knowledge of PowerPoint and InDesign is essential.
- A background in marketing production, RfP coordination, or similar document-heavy roles.
- The ability to be in the office 5 days a week (with potential for 1 day WFH once fully embedded).
- Availability to start mid to late July preferred, though candidates with a standard 4-week notice will be considered.
If youβre someone who takes pride in producing polished, professional documents and loves assembling content without needing to write it, this role offers autonomy, responsibility, and the chance to play a key role in high-stakes projects.
