We’re partnering with a highly regarded, boutique executive search firm to find an accomplished Project Coordinator to join their established support team. A long-standing client of ours with a great team culture, this is a high-impact, varied role at the heart of a fast-paced, high-performance environment. You’ll work across C-suite executive searches, partnering closely with senior consultants, clients and candidates to keep complex projects moving and deliver an exceptional client experience.
- Managing multiple executive search projects, timelines and competing priorities.
- Coordinating complex senior diaries, meetings, interviews, travel and reference checks.
- Building trusted relationships with C-suite clients and senior candidates.
- Keeping CRM data, project information and expenses accurate and up to date.
The ideal candidate is likely to have 5+ years’ experience in project coordination, ideally within executive search or a similarly high-touch professional services environment. Discretion, diplomacy, attention to detail and a strong sense of urgency are essential, as is the ability to stay calm and proactive when priorities shift. Excellent IT/MS office skills are required.
