Our client, a leading global real estate firm, is looking for a confident and proactive Personal Assistant to join their Office Leasing team on a 12-month maternity contract. Supporting a senior executive and a wider team of 15, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly respected organisation known for genuinely valuing and investing in their business support staff.

About the Role:

- Full inbox management for the senior executive
- Complex and ever-changing diary coordination for the senior executive and wider team
- Supporting with invoicing and billing processes
- Organising international and domestic travel arrangements
- Acting as the go-to person within the office leasing team

\\n\\t
\\n\\t
\\n
\\n\\n
About You:
\\n\\n
- \\n\\t
- Experience within real estate is beneficial but not essential
- Solid experience with billing and invoicing is required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive, approachable, and keen to learn and develop your career
- Highly organised, on the ball, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
