We're working with a leading global real estate to find a sharp, proactive PA to join their busy Capital Markets team in London. This is a varied, fast-paced role sitting at the heart of a transaction-focused team, supporting senior fee earners with everything from complex diary management and travel coordination to deal support and client-facing communications. You'll be organised, polished, and comfortable working at pace - someone who keeps things running smoothly without needing to be asked twice.
The role:
- Diary management, travel coordination, and meeting logistics for a team of senior fee earners
- Preparing and formatting reports, pitches, client presentations, and investment memoranda to a high standard
- Supporting transaction processes - coordinating documentation, timelines and liaising with internal teams including finance, legal and compliance
- Pipeline tracking, CRM updates and financial administration including invoicing and fee tracking
- Acting as a professional point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders
What we're looking for:
- Proven PA or Team Secretary experience within professional services — real estate, property, finance or similar
- Advanced MS Office skills and high attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and a client-facing, professional manner
- Comfortable supporting multiple stakeholders in a fast-moving, deadline-driven environment
- Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce a plus)
