Our client, a highly regarded boutique real estate investment firm, is seeking an experienced Legal PA to support their General Counsel, working closely within the wider Corporate Services team.
About the Role:
- Full diary management for the General Counsel
- Typing, editing and formatting reports with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Document engrossment and execution
- Tracking completed documents, including filing and archiving
- Booking and setting up meeting rooms
- Arranging couriers and supporting with printing and photocopying
- Providing sickness and holiday cover to the wider team when required
About You:
- Proven experience working as a Legal PA is essential
- Experience within real estate investment is highly desirable
- CILEX or equivalent qualification would be advantageous
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Confident working independently and collaboratively as part of a team
