We are partnering with one of the world's most prestigious executive search and leadership advisory firms to recruit an HR Coordinator to join their London office. The Role

Supporting the internal HR function, you will play a key role across the full employee lifecycle - from onboarding through to offboarding, as well as benefits administration, HR data management and project support. Reporting into a Senior HR Business Partner, this is a varied, hands‐on position that will give you real breadth of exposure within a professional services setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Onboarding new starters, including right-to-work checks and documentation
  • Maintaining accurate employee records in Workday
  • Managing benefits administration and handling employee queries
  • Preparing leaver documentation and coordinating exit processes
  • Supporting the bi‐annual performance review and annual engagement survey
  • Assisting with policy and handbook updates

About You

You will be degree‐educated with some prior HR administration or coordination experience, ideally gained within a professional or financial services environment. You will have working knowledge of UK employment law, strong attention to detail and a proactive, can‐do approach. Experience with Workday is a bonus but not essential.
