A fast-growing tech company is looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to support a VP-level leader. This is a high-impact role in a demanding, fast-paced environment where priorities shift constantly, and you'll need to stay ahead of the curve.
The Role: You'll manage the VP's complex schedule, build strong relationships across the business, and ensure seamless execution of their priorities. You'll gather and synthesise information, connect the dots, and act as the VP's eyes and ears on the ground. You'll need to anticipate challenges, problem-solve proactively, and bring structure to a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a complex, constantly evolving schedule across multiple time zones
- Build and maintain a trusted relationship with the VP and their leadership team
- Support key meetings - agendas, notes, actions, follow-through
- Prepare presentations and refine internal communications
- Organise team offsites, events, and socials
- Arrange frequent and complex international travel (includes travel with the VP throughout the year)
- Partner on strategic projects with the senior leadership team
- Handle financial and legal admin including expenses, purchase orders, contracts
About You:
- Strong track record as an EA supporting senior leaders in tech or high-growth scale-ups
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail - you manage multiple priorities and thrive under pressure
- Comfortable with ambiguity and fast-changing environments - you adapt quickly and problem-solve with initiative
- Expert diary management skills - you optimise time effectively and stay flexible when priorities shift
- Strong stakeholder management - you build relationships and adapt your communication style to different audiences
- Extensive experience with Google Suite
- Discreet, diplomatic, and calm under pressure
- Proactive and curious no job is too big or small
