About the Role
This is a pivotal role, you will provide seamless round the clock support to the CEO, managing their demanding schedules and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Handling complex and ever-changing calendars
- Scheduling meetings, calls, and appointments across multiple time zones
- Preparing materials and offering support before and during meetings
- Travelling with the CEO, predominantly to the US
- Arranging frequent domestic and international travel
- Communication on behalf of the CEO with professionalism and urgency
- Managing expense reports
About You
- 5+ years supporting at C-Suite within a fast-paced environment on top of extensive EA support
- Experience within tech, financial services, or consulting is desirable
