Executive Assistant & Office Manager

Central London | £60,000 – £80,000 DOE | 4 Days in Office, 1 WFH

The Role

A fantastic opportunity for an experienced EA/Office Manager to join a boutique private equity firm based in Central London. This varied role combines full executive support to a Senior Partner with day-to-day responsibility for running the office, working closely with the wider EA team.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive executive support to the Senior Partner, including complex diary, inbox, and priority management, predominantly business with some personal
  • Coordinate meetings, agendas and calls across multiple time zones
  • Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation, visas, and detailed itineraries
  • Act as a trusted gatekeeper and primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
  • Process and reconcile expenses accurately and in a timely manner
  • Oversee the smooth day-to-day running of the office, acting as primary contact for all office-related matters
  • Manage relationships with the building, facilities and third-party suppliers and contractors
  • Coordinate health & safety requirements, including risk assessments and fire safety compliance
  • Monitor and control office-related expenditure, reviewing, and approving invoices
  • Maintain internal records, reports, and tracking spreadsheets
  • Provide holiday cover and general administrative support to the wider team

About You

  • Previous experience in financial services strongly preferred
  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
  • Proactive, hands‑on, and confident taking ownership of responsibilities
  • Professional, discreet, and able to handle confidential information with integrity
  • Strong communication skills with confidence to engage with stakeholders at all levels
  • Educated to degree standard or above with strong Microsoft Office skills

Package

  • £60,000 – £80,000 per annum, dependent on experience (some flexibility for the right candidate)
  • Discretionary bonus, pension, private healthcare, and travel insurance
  • 25 days holiday, plus WFH over the Christmas period
